We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work at Niraya.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and authenticity certificates intact.
- Custom, made-to-order, or blessed/energized pieces can only be returned if received damaged or defective.
How to start a return or exchange
- Contact us with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect, a few photos.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share next steps, including the return address if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund per our Refund & Return Policy.
Keep your unboxing video handy if the issue is with the item itself — it speeds up approval considerably.
