Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so earlier is better.

After Dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You're welcome to refuse delivery or initiate a return once the item arrives, per our Refund & Return Policy.

Cash on Delivery Orders

If you're unreachable for COD verification or repeatedly refuse delivery without cause, we reserve the right to cancel the order and may require prepayment for future orders.

Refunds on Cancellation

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
