Important: Nityara cashback promotions are available only where the offer is expressly shown on an eligible product or campaign. Cashback is issued as Silver Cash wallet credit, not as cash to a bank account or UPI ID.
Quick eligibility & exclusions
- Prepaid only: COD and Partial COD are not eligible.
- One eligible unit only: cashback applies to a maximum of one eligible product unit per order per user.
- Maximum cashback: ₹500 per order per user.
- Once per user lifetime: after a user successfully receives promotional cashback once, future promotional cashback claims are not eligible.
- Post-delivery credit: cashback is credited only after successful delivery.
- Returns/cancellations: cashback is voided or reversed if the eligible order is returned or cancelled.
- Silver Cash usage: expiry and future-order redemption limits apply.
1. Offer Eligibility & Applicability
1.1 Eligible Products: The offer applies only to products or campaigns where Nityara expressly displays the prepaid cashback offer. Products not specifically marked or promoted as cashback-eligible are excluded.
1.2 Prepaid Orders Only: This offer is valid exclusively for Prepaid Orders. Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD are not eligible for cashback.
1.3 Eligible External-Gateway Amount: Cashback can only be calculated on the amount actually paid through an eligible external payment method such as UPI/Cards/Online Banking. Any amount paid using Store Credit is excluded.
1.4 Fully Store-Credit Orders: Orders paid fully through Store Credit with no eligible external-gateway payment are not eligible for promotional cashback.
2. Cashback Calculation & Limits
2.1 Single Unit Cap: 100% Cashback is applicable on only one (1) unit of the Eligible Product per order per user.
- Scenario A: If two eligible units are ordered, cashback is calculated on one eligible unit only, subject to all caps and payment-eligibility rules.
- Scenario B: If an order contains eligible products together with other products, cashback applies only to one eligible product unit. No promotional cashback is payable on the other items.
2.2 Split Payments (Store Credit + UPI/Cards/Online Banking): Cashback is calculated only on the eligible external-gateway portion. The Store Credit portion is excluded. If the eligible external payment is ₹500 or more, cashback is capped at ₹500. If the eligible external payment is below ₹499, cashback equals, and cannot exceed, the exact eligible external amount paid.
2.3 Lifetime Usage Limit: This promotional cashback offer is valid only once per user lifetime. Once a user has successfully received cashback from any Nityara promotional cashback campaign, that user is not eligible for promotional cashback on a subsequent order, even if that later order otherwise satisfies the offer conditions.
2.4 Maximum Cashback per Order: The maximum promotional cashback issued for a single eligible order is ₹500 per order per user. If the eligible product price or calculated cashback is above ₹500, the cashback credited will still not exceed ₹500.
2.5 No Cashback on Non-Eligible Items: Other items in the same order do not become cashback-eligible merely because the order contains an eligible cashback product.
3. Credit Mechanism & Silver Cash Rules
3.1 Type of Credit: Cashback is credited to the eligible customer account wallet as Silver Cash. It is not a cash refund, bank transfer, UPI payout, or reduction of the original order price.
3.2 Expiry: Silver Cash generally expires 30 days from issuance unless a campaign or wallet interface expressly specifies otherwise.
3.3 Future-Order Redemption Limit: The percentage of a future order that can be paid using Silver Cash depends on the applicable wallet rule at the time the cashback was received:
- Cashback received before 22nd March: Silver Cash can be used for up to 50% of a future order value.
- Cashback received on or after 22nd March: Silver Cash can be used for up to 25% of a future order value.
3.4 Wallet and Account Requirement: Where Silver Cash requires a customer account or wallet to receive or redeem credit, the customer must use the eligible account associated with the order and comply with the applicable account/wallet conditions.
4. Crediting Timeline
4.1 Post-Delivery Issuance: Cashback is credited only after successful delivery of the eligible order. Cashback is not issued at purchase, checkout, payment authorization, or dispatch.
4.2 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations: If an eligible order is cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, or otherwise does not remain successfully completed, the promotional cashback may be voided, withheld, deducted, or reversed as applicable.
5. Exclusions & Important Conditions
- COD orders and Partial COD orders are excluded.
- Products not expressly marked as cashback-eligible are excluded.
- More than one eligible unit in the same order does not increase cashback beyond the one-unit rule.
- Store Credit-funded amounts are excluded from cashback calculation.
- Users who have previously successfully received promotional cashback from Nityara are excluded from future promotional cashback campaigns under the lifetime-use rule.
- Cancelled, returned, refunded or reversed orders do not retain promotional cashback.
- The ₹500 maximum cashback cap overrides any higher product price or headline percentage.
- Silver Cash is promotional wallet credit and is subject to expiry and redemption limits.
“Eligible Product” means a product expressly identified by Nityara as participating in the applicable cashback promotion. “User” may be identified using the customer account, contact details, payment details, order history or other reasonable anti-abuse checks available to the platform. Campaign-specific communications may contain additional conditions; where so stated, those conditions apply together with these terms.
