At Niraya, every piece is checked and shipped with an authenticity certificate. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and certificates intact.
Custom, made-to-order, or blessed/energized pieces cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.

Free Replacement Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer a free replacement within 6 months of delivery. Please keep your unboxing video handy — it helps us resolve the issue quickly, without back-and-forth.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
